AAR JAPAN EXPORT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The product of AAR JAPAN is sold based on FOB or C&F Terms.
If export inspection is required in the buyer’s country due to the import regulation, the inspection type & requirement must be implied by the buyer before the export.
A minimum of 40%~100% deposit of the Total C&F is required for the shipment to be processed.
Upon confirmation and the submission of the initial deposit, it is imperative that a further payment ranging from 40% to 100% of the total amount be remitted within a specified period of 10 days. Failure to meet this deadline will result in the imposition of delay charges. After a period of two weeks, delay charges amounting to $400 will be levied. In the event that the customer remains unable to fulfill the agreed-upon deposit within the stipulated timeframe, the received funds shall be forfeited.
Vehicle prices are based on the USD to JPY exchange rate at the time of quotation. If the rate changes before payment, the customer must pay the difference. If the customer declines, the vehicle will be resold, and the deposit will be refunded.
Delay charges are 200$ – 400$.
All transaction fees must be paid fully from the Buyer’s side.
Discounts are given for 100% payment prior to the Exportation. Must be a one-time payment for this discount to take place ensuring the banking charges are saved for both the Exporter and the Importer.
Once the Shipment has been ordered, an SO (Shipping Order, BL draft) will be supplied to the customer.
Once the final balance is confirmed in our account, all necessary documentation for the import process will be supplied via DHL to the appointed address given by the buyer. The DHL tracking Number will be supplied when dispatched.
The final balance of the total C&F price must be paid within 1 week time before the Departure date.

Original Invoice
Original Export Certificate (Japanese)
Translated Export Certificate (English)
Two Copies of the Original BL
Original Export Inspection Certificate (If required)
If the Customer fails to pay the balance in before 8 days after the vehicle’s arrival date at the Importer’s Country, AAR JAPAN will have the full rights to forfeit the original deposit and to have the unit sold to a different customer to ensure the full collection for AAR JAPAN’s security.
